Udyam Registration is the new process for MSME Registration started by the Government of India on july 1st 2020. It was previously known as Udyog Aadhaar Registration and the Registration process from now will be called as Udyam Registration.

What is Udyam Registration?


Udyam Registration is the process which simplifies the procedure of registration under MSME. The Indian Government has a motto to save the Entrepreneur from hard registration procedure and to promote ease of doing business.

MSMEs will now be called as "Udyam", according to the notification circulated by the Union Ministry of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) on 1st June 2020. The Word "Udyam" represents Business or Enterprises. Company which has previously registered as Udyog Aadhaar has to now Re-Register Under Udyam Registration before march 31st, 2021.

Re-Registration Process Under Udyam Registration Portal


You can just follow these simple procedure for Re-Registration under Udyam Registration Portal:

Step 1: First visit the Udyam Re-Registration Portal.

Step 2: Just enter the 14 digit Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN).

Step 3: Now the re registration form will appear in front of you.

Step 4: Now under this portal, you will be asked to fill the Udyam Re-Registration form.

Step 5: After the form submission you will ask for the payment of the Udyam re registration application.

Step 6: One of the registration professionals will forward your application.

Step 7: You will get the Udyam Re-Registration Certificate on your registered email address.
